                                                   JULY 18, 2026   LLANO FARMERS AND CRAFTERS MARKET
 
On July 18th Llano Kitty Fixers will have our booth at the Llano Courthouse Square for the Llano Farmers and Crafters Market celebrating having trapped 1,002 cats for spay/neuter since we began operations.   
 
We will be offering baked goods as well as handmade cat/pet beds, and catnip cat toys.  Baked goods will include a limited supply of Gary’s “world famous” (artistic license) cornbread.     If you like jalapenos in your cornbread you have to come see us early.   We will also have Fliers and Brochures providing information on our program.   We will have a station for people to sign up as members and/or as volunteers and/or clients.

JULY 4TH CELEBRATION


On July 4th, the City of Llano will be holding a 250th Independence Day Celebration at the Badu Park in Llano. There will be booths and vendors, including the Llano Kitty Fixers booth. As with the Farmers and Crafters Market we will offer baked goods, hand crafted cat/dog beds, catnip filled cat toys, and other handmade items. We will also have our flatbed trailer for Can Stomp Events. Unlike the previous Can Stomp Contest, this is not a true contest. You can donate to obtain a bag of 100 aluminum beverage cans which you will stomp flat within a timed period. At the end you will have bragging rights that you participated in a Can Stomp and that you stomped so many cans within the time period. All proceeds go to the Llano Kitty Fixers to fund our efforts in trapping stray and feral cats, taking them to a vet clinic to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated for rabies and distemper and then returned to the location where they were originally trapped. At dark 30 the City of Llano will put on their excellent fireworks display. You can not miss this celebration.


HOW TO GET CATS ON A VET RUN

Do you have one or more cats that you own or you are feeding but you want them spayed or neutered as well as vaccinated but you do not know how to get them on one of our vet runs?   The answer is quite simple.  Just call our cat phone at 325-258-7843 and leave your name, phone number, and your best guess on the number of cats you want TNRed.   You will be contacted within a day or two by a member who will get the cats on our list.

Please understand that we have received calls from quite a few folks asking for help which has created a bit of a backlog.  For this reason we will not be able to come trap your cats immediately after your call.  There will be a relatively short wait but once we do get to you we believe you will be satisfied with the extra services that we provide for you and the cats.   Our phone monitor will be happy to explain these services and answer all of your questions.

Remember, the longer you wait to call the more likely the female cats will be presenting you with all those darling little kittens.  So call now and get on our list right away.
