Who We Are

Llano Kitty Fixers is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation registered in Texas, dedicated to humane cat population control in Llano County, TX. Our mission focuses on assisting stray and feral cats through effective and compassionate methods.

As a membership-run organization, we are proud to have over 29 dedicated volunteers. Although we are a new organization, our members bring significant experience in Trap-Neuter/Spay-Return, or TNR, practices. Our trained trappers are skilled in trapping reluctant stray and feral cats in various situations and can identify and release the ones that have previously been spayed/neutered. Our staging volunteers provide excellent care before and after transportation to veterinary services.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LLANO KITTY FIXERS - SEPTEMBER 14, 2025

At the members meeting on September 14, 2024, operations for Llano Kitty Fixers was launched.   At that point we were at a bare minimum when it came to equipment and supplies and volunteers and operational cash.   We still did not have a company transport vehicle.   Yet we had a lot of drive and great ideas.   Today we have a company transport vehicle, adequate number of traps and supplies, a low-cost arrangement with five vet clinics, and a decent fund balance to take care of the spay/neuter of quite a few feral and stray cats within Llano County.   At the present time we are taking between 45 and 50 cats a month to be spayed and neutered.   During this past year we were able to service 509 cats as of September 11, 2025.   Yet we still need more volunteers, especially to drive the cats to the vet clinics and to trap and return them.

The Birthday Bash we held on October 18, 2025, was a resounding success.   We had a wonderful time meeting and greeting a large group of folks who came by to help us celebrate.   Now on to our second year of Trap-Neuter/Spay/Vaccinate-Return of cats in Llano County, Texas.
